How are you making the lentils?
ReplyDeleteI think I am just going to boil & simmer them in broth & spices a la lentils & rice.
ReplyDeleteIf I have a bit more time I'll do lentil burgers, but I'm not optimistic on the time factor this week.
Are you making the fish sticks from scratch?
ReplyDeleteOh goodness no! They are cheaper to buy premade. Sometimes I do fry fish, but for regular fish sticks I just get the cheapest ones and serve those.
